01Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the 12spin website at https://12spin.vu and the official 12spin mobile app for iOS and Android, including all services, features, and content available therein.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the 12spin Platform.
• "Account" refers to a user account officially registered on the 12spin Platform, granting access to all services offered.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total cash, bonus credits, or winnings accumulated in a Member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, free spins, cashback, or other promotional benefits granted by 12spin to Members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Turnover" or "Rollover" refers to the total wagering amount a Member must complete before any bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed or deposit limits are increased.

02Account Eligibility and Registration

Use of the 12spin Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

04Deposits and Withdrawals

12spin supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to the account within 5 minutes.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by Members through account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools.

Regarding Withdrawals:

General terms applicable to all 12spin bonuses:

• Each Member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value.
• 12spin reserves the right to void any bonus claimed through means deemed fraudulent or abusive.

• The maximum bet limit while meeting bonus wagering requirements is RM 20 per round or bet unless otherwise stated.

06Game Rules

All games available on the 12spin Platform are operated in accordance with the rules and mechanics established by their respective game providers. By participating in any game, Members agree to comply with the specific rules of that game.

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by internationally recognised certification bodies to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.
• The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, 12spin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the Member.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or modified.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12spin Platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, fictitious, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to automate gameplay or actions on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the game system or platform software.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the 12spin platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Use of credit cards or payment methods that are unauthorised or borrowed from third parties.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at 12spin customer support staff.

08Account Closure and Suspension

12spin reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Recommendations or decisions from relevant regulatory bodies or authorities.
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by Members themselves for responsible gaming reasons.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 12spin customer support team. Prior to account closure, Members must ensure all withdrawal conditions have been met and that no outstanding bonus rollover remains. Valid cash balances will be returned to the Member once the verification process is complete.

09Privacy and Data Security
